SHIPPING & HANDLING
SKRR Footwear offers Free Shipping on every order. This promotion may change periodically. To keep updated with our latest shipping promotions sign up to our newsletter. SKRR Footwear currently only ships to Canada and the US.
We have one different fulfillment centre in Canada and all items is shipped from Canada.
After your order is complete, it takes us 1-3 business days to process your order and get it ready for the shipping centre. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches, this time may vary. We appreciate you for your patience.
We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from the Postal Service (USPS, Post Canada, Royal Mail, and AustraliaPost) or air and ground transportation strikes or delays.
Packages undeliverable by USPS, Post Canada, Royal Mail, and AustraliaPost will be canceled and refunded once received and processed at our warehouse.
If you choose the Standard Shipping option and for any reason, we are unable to deliver your order within 5-10 business days, we will issue a full refund of your Standard Shipping costs. Your order will consequently be processed as a Free Shipping order with a delivery time of 8-21 business days.
Currently, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal (no sign up or registration is necessary). When your credit card is authorized, funds are put on hold until the transaction is completed. When the order is verified, the payment is processed.
Your billing information must be exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. If any numbers are different, the order cannot be processed. Be sure to correctly spell city/province/territory names and avoid using abbreviations unless that is how your information appears on your statement. Please add your suite or unit number if applicable. Contact your financial institution if you need the exact billing address associated with your credit card.
CREDIT CARD SECURITY
SKRR Footwear provides safe and secure checkout by encrypting your credit card information using SSL. We have partnered with Stripe, Inc. (stripe.com), Google Pay, Apple Pay and PayPal to ensure payment is made safely. To reduce the possibility of unauthorized access, the details of your card will be encrypted.
All payment forms are subject to verification and review by SKRR Footwear. We reserve the right to refuse to process any transaction, sale, or shipment of orders due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity.
When you place an order with SKRR Footwear, the funds are reserved for us by your bank - we don't actually take the money until your order has been confirmed and sent to our warehouse. If you cancel your order, we don't take the money however it may take up to 4-6 business days for your bank or card issuer to make your funds available to you again.
CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER
You have 60 minutes after completing your order to cancel it. You have 6 hours after completing your order to update it. We're really quick at packing your order up which means we can't make any changes once you've placed it.
Items bought on sale cannot be refunded or returned for a credit note and will simply be forwarded back to the sender.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) you purchased in their original condition within 14 days of delivery. Upon receipt of the item(s), the purchase price will be refunded. Your shipping is only refunded if all items within the order are returned.
Please note, that if the item(s) has been worn, washed or used in any way, your item cannot be replaced due to industry standards on Health and Hygiene, and wear and tear.

Before sending your item(s) back, please contact us to notify us of your intent to return your items with your Full name, Order ID number, and the details of all the item(s) you wish to return and why. Our friendly customer service team will then be able to provide you with a return authorization number, a return address and any other details that will assist you in the steps you need to process a return. Please note that orders with no return authorization number will not be accepted therefore not be refunded. To get in touch with our customer service team, at the bottom of this page, fill in the required details in the ‘Contact Us’ box.
REFUNDS: Please note, we do not issue refunds on Items bought on sale and non-faulty items. Inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
All returns must include a tracking number (USPS, Canada Post, Royal Mail, UPS, FedEx). If the customer fails to provide a tracking number upon request, SKRR Footwear reserves the right to refuse store credit or a refund for the item. SKRR Footwear is not liable if any losses incurred when returning your item back for replacement. The item is the customers' responsibility until it is received back at our facility. The item will be subject to inspection upon arrival, if deemed to be unfit for return (worn, washed or used in any way or falls outside our given timeframe for returns), your item will be refused and returned to sender.
By returning your item(s), you, the customer has acknowledged and agreed to cover any costs involved in order to receive store credit or a refund. We do not cover return shipping cost, and we are not responsible for lost packages.
PURCHASE LIMIT POLICY
In an effort to provide as many customers as possible with the opportunity to purchase our products, we are limiting the total number of units that can be purchased. As a result, we are limiting the number of units that may be purchased per product, to both one per household and one per customer.
We want you to shop with confidence, that's why SKRR Footwear protects your purchase from click to delivery. If your parcel has not been delivered within 90 days of your purchase, your order will automatically be refunded. We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from the Postal Service or air and ground transportation strikes, or delays. Once your order has been dispatched, SKRR Footwear is not responsible for delivery delays.
How long does shipping take? All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 working days of the order being received. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number to track the delivery of your order. We deliver currently only deliver to the US or Canada and We offer Standard Delivery on all orders. The rate for Express Delivery is calculated based on your location and is only available for certain items.
Is it safe to use debit/credit cards on your website? Absolutely! We use SSL security to ensure all your personal and debit/credit card information is encrypted. We do not have access to or store your credit card information and your payment details are processed in a secure environment.
How do I check the status of my order? You will receive an Order Confirmation email as soon as you have placed the order. You can click the 'View Your Order' link in the order confirmation email to check the status of your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number to track the delivery of your order(please check your spam folder if you have not received the email). You may also visit our website at any time and click on our Order Status/Track Your Order page to find the real-time update of your shipment. If you did not receive the order tracking number or did not find any updates under our Order Status page after 5 business days, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org immediately and we will do all we can to investigate.
